The highest priority of A Shepherd’s Heart Outreach Ministry is to promote effective initiatives that serve the areas that need them most. We believe in taking action with urgency by providing resources such as distribution of food, clothing, shoes, basic essentials and small group activities for those in need as we are spreading the love of Jesus Christ.​​
We are able to distribute backpacks, back to school supplies, food, clothing, coats, shoes, toiletries, & network to families in our community. We are blessed to network with other faith-based local churches, businesses and community partners to meet these goals, funded by donations.
ABOUT US
A Distinct Identity
Here at A Shepherd’s Heart Outreach Ministry, we are a non-for-profit faith-based organization driven to do our part in making the world a better place by exemplifying the love of Jesus Christ.
Since 2019, we have sponsored & participated in a wide range of faith-based community outreach, activities, volunteering and discipleship training. We are blessed to have lead distribution of derationed items to families in need throughout our communities. We have committed individuals and partners that helps us to empower others in order to continue the work started by our visionary of our founder Dr. Eloise J. Daniels.
Dr. Daniels is a licensed & ordained minister, mentor, educator, & youth advocate. She has her AAS in Early Childhood Education, BA in Early Childhood Education & Administration, AAS & BA degrees in Theology and Biblical Studies & honorary doctorate degree of Theology in Community Service & Life Coach, Principal's Awards & acknowledgements for her contribution in multiple Chicago Public Schools, her Illinois National Directors' Credential in Education, a certified notary (Illinois), and retains numerous of certificates of completions in various specialized trainings, achievement, awards and is currently pursuing her MA in ECE Administration & her MA in Theology & Biblical Studies.
Dr. Daniels is married, a mother of 4 and grandmother of 2, the daughter of Elder Henry & Apostle Eloise Jones, she is also employed as a family resource coordinator at Illinois Action for Children since 2021. Dr. Daniels is always hands on, engaged, driven, compassionate and dedicated to the outreach program. She has been working in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 25 years and remains active as an advocate for her community and especially our youth. She is the founder of both A Shepherd's Heart Outreach Ministry established in 2019 and Helping Hands Youth Network established in 2021, of which she is committed to continue to serve and carry out the assignments on her life by God to the community.

CAPACITY BUILDING
Empowering Others
Through our Capacity Building program, we have the potential to make real and positive changes in the lives of our youth. This is one of our key areas of focus here at A Shepherd’s Heart Outreach Ministry, and a source of much success for our Christian Organization. We also offer basic life skills and discipleship training programs.
EDUCATION
Transforming Lives
A Shepherd’s Heart Outreach Ministry is dedicated to putting our communities first. Our everyday basic life skills and biblical education programs is a much-needed service for those in dire need, we don't just give to the community, but we also educate them as well.
Education is very crucial not matter what the topic is, being knowledgeable is very important to the heart of our ministry as to why we take the time to provide information to our community and prepare them with LIFE skills.
We provide virtual classes on various topics for non-degreed coursework; however, certificate of completion or certificate of participation is awarded for individuals that registered for the courses. To learn more information, please contact us.
COMMUNITY OUTREACH
Helping Those Who Need Us Most
A Shepherd’s Heart Outreach Ministry is a leader in the sector and ensures that local needs and priorities come first. Our Community Outreach program offers a much-desired platform for people who deserve it most.
We have provided & donated "FREE" food boxes to over 2,000 families, along with hygiene care kits to the homeless, distributed free toys, clothing & shoes giveaways to our community. We believe in hands on ministry outreach as a part of a building stronger relationships and a beacon of a brighter future within our community. ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

We see every challenge as an opportunity, and our Economic Development initiative helps A Shepherd’s Heart Outreach Ministry ensure that those we serve are better prepared to persevere in the unique situations they find themselves in. We are always planning and strategizing how to impact and create economic resources for the community that will sustain, prepare and thrust individuals to avail in life.

Every Saturday from 6:00 pm -7:00 pm we meet live on zoom for prayer and inspiration. We also have bible studies every 1st & 3rd Sunday on zoom from 6:00 pm -7:00 pm

Youth On The Move
A Shepherd’s Heart Outreach Ministry collaborates with Helping Hands Youth Network LLC network. Together these organizations work closely together and have taken on the responsibility to assure our YOUTH is provided basic life skills activities, lessons, by participating in enrichment & educational programs, biblical practices and principles, mental health resources and outreach programs in our /their community.

With your donations & contributions, you are helping us best achieve our goals by not only spreading the word & love of Jesus to the world by helping us outreach with goods & services to the community!

Donations /contributions are nonrefundable and will be allotted to the outreach services we provide to the community. Contributions letters & itemized receipts will be provided to individuals, churches, schools, funding resources or organizations that donate to us.
